Our brand new, slim straight cut. Mid-rise, straight from the knee down and slightly cropped for a contemporary look. We present limited this cut in limited numbers in our legendary redcast denim. The reddish hue gives this fabric a true vintage vibe and the construction of this denm is truly unique. This 16.5oz denim consists of a very slubby warp made of rough Texas cotton and a comfortable straight weft made of comfortable, almost silky Australian cotton. The slubs on this one have a crispy, almost sharp quality to them which is made possible by the smoth weft that gives the slubs more room to dominiate the surface. That makes for a unique texture and, as you will see over time, for amazing fades that are reminiscent of the olden days of denim. Unlike the first iteration of this fabric, we have opted for a grey-ish weft that gives the reddish tint more breathing space and allows for a more nuanced colour spectrum. This fabric is certainly a high point for denim-engineering and we are excited to finally welcome it back to our lineup!
